This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Michalina Gorzycka, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Płowki, 1825, No. 12,

On October 17th, 1825, at 11 a.m., I, Rev. Antoni Mierzejewski, Pastor of Broniewo Parish, presided over the burial of Michalina, aged 3, the daughter of Augustyn, aged 47, and Urszula, aged 34, Gorzycki nee Gałecka, the legally married couple. Michalina died on October 15th, 1825, at 7 p.m. The witnesses were: Kasper Gorzycki, aged 60, from Płowki, and Tomasz F.?, from Szóstka.
