This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Agnieszka Sobieraj, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1814,

On April 22nd, 1814, I, Rev. Bartłomiej Bożychowicz, Pastor of Broniewo Parish, presided over the burial of Agnieszka, aged 2, the daughter of Jakób and Marianna Sobieraj, the legally married couple, from the village of Szóstka.
