This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Szymon Nadzieja, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1764, No. 16

On October 21st, 1764, I, Rev. Pius Markiewicz, baptized the infant named Szymon. His parents were Wojciech and Katarzyna Nadzieja, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Norbert Starybrat and Magdalena Kraszka?, both are from Szóstka.
