This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Pilachowski, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On July 5th, 1798, I, Rev. Andrzej Straszewski, baptized the infant named Jan. His parents were Stanisław and Apolonia Pilachowski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Kucharszak and Jadwiga Smyczak, both were from Głębokie.
