Death of Julianna Chlebowska (1862)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Julianna Chlebowska nee Kicińska, from the Osięciny Parish.
Jarantowice, No. 50, 1862
This occurred in the city of Osięciny, on the 26th of November, 1862, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Józef Jaskulski, aged 35, a miller, and Wawrzyniec Nadzieja, aged 40, a laborer, both residing in Jarantowice, and stated that on the 25th of November, 1862, 7 p.m., Julianna Chelbowska, aged 23, died. She was a wife of a horse groom residing in Jarantowice. She leaves behind a husband, Kazimierz, and two children: Agnieszka and Marianna. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Julianna Chlebowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
