This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Jan Kiciński, from the Kościelna Wieś Parish.
Ruszki, No. 43, 1867
This occurred in the village of Kościelna Wieś, on the 16th of December, 1867, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Maciej Dęboski, aged 56, and Antoni Urbański, aged 26, laborers residing in the village of Ruszki, and stated that on the 14th of December, 1867, at 12 a.m., Jan Kiciński, aged 60, died. He was a cooper residing in Ruszki. He leaves behind his wife Wiktoria Kicińska, who resides in Ruszki. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jan Kiciński, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
