Baptism of Jozefa Kicinska (1851)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Józefa Kicińska, from the Witowo parish.

Witowo, No. 23, 1851

This occurred in the village of Witowo, on the 3rd of March, 1851, at 1 p.m. Jan Kiciński appeared, aged 45, a cooper residing in Witowo, in the presence of: Walenty Ziemkiewicz, aged 45, an organist, and Stanisław Ciechanowski, aged 36, an innkeper, both residing in Witowo, and showed Us a female child born in Witowo, on the 25th of February, 1851, at 9 a.m., to his lawful wife Wiktoria nee Muszyńska, aged 36. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Józefa. The godparents were: Walenty Ziemkiewicz and Anna Ciechanowska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
