Baptism of Malgorzata Kicinska (1848)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Małgorzata Kicińska, from the Witowo parish.

Witowo, No. 30, 1848

This occurred in the village of Witowo, on the 11th of June, 1848, at 6 p.m. Jan Kiciński appeared, aged 45, a cooper residing in Witowo, in the presence of: Ignacy Malinowski, aged 25, a carriage maker, and Marcin Wojan, aged 44, and showed Us a female child born in Witowo, on the 7th of June, 1848, at 3 p.m., to his lawful wife Wiktoria nee Muszyńska, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Małgorzata. The godparents were: Ignacy Malinowski and Rozalia Karkosik. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
