This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Jan Krzymianowski, from the Kościelna Wieś parish.
Kluki, No. 76, 1858
This occurred in the village of Kościelna Wieś, on the 29th of December, 1858, at 2 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Michał Krzymianowski, aged 22, a miller residing in Kluki, the father of the deceased, and Bartłomiej Smoliński, aged 30. a laborer residing in Kluki, and stated that on the 28th of December, 1858, at 6 a.m., Jan Krzymianowski, an infant, died. He was the son of Michał and Jadwiga Krzymianowski nee Kicińska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jan Krzymianowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
