Baptism of Jan Krzymianowski (1858)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Jan Krzymianowski, from the Kościelna Wieś parish.

Kluki No. 88, 1858

This occurred in the village of Kościelna Wieś, on the 21st of December, 1858, at 9 a.m. Michał Krzymianowski appeared, aged 22, a miller residing in Kluki, in the presence of: Bartłomiej Smoliński, aged 32, and Józef Gradyszewski, aged 48, both laborers residing in Kluki, and showed us a male child born in the village of Kluki, on the 18th of December, 1858, at 1 p.m., to his lawful wife Jadwiga nee Kicińska, aged 21. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, by Rev. Franciszek Michalski, this child was given the name Jan. The godparents were: Bartłomiej Smoliński and Anna Gradyszewska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
