Hello,
This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Michalina Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.
Gosławice, No. 17, 1886
This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo on the 7th/19th of September, 1886 at 8 p.m. Kacper Jędrzejczak appeared, age 27, laborer and resident of the settlement of Gosławice, in the presence of Andrzej Głowacki, age 36, and Jakob Polatowski, age 26, both laborers and residents from the settlement of Gosławice, and presented to us a child, stating that the child was born in the settlement of Gosławice on the 7th/19th of the current month and year at 8 p.m. to his lawful wife Zofia nee Kacprzak, age 22. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Michalina. The Godparents were Michał Krzyżaniak and Agnieszka Jędrzejczak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us and them.
