Death of Walenty Krzymianowski (1848)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Walenty Krzymianowski, from the Mąkolno Parish.

Zakrzewek, No. 3, 1848

This occurred in the village of Mąkolno, on the 6th/18th of February, 1848, at 4 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Jan Sławiński, aged 35, a blacksmith, and Jan Kowalski, aged 40, a farmhand, both residents of Zakrzewek, and stated that on the 3rd/15th of February, 1848, at 2 a.m., Walenty Krzymianowski, aged 35, a miller residing in Zakrzewek, died. He leaves behind a widow, but her first and last name are unknown. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Walenty Krzymianowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
