This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Antonina Krzymianowska, from the Sompolno Parish.

Sompolno, No. 25, 1847

This occurred in the city of Sompolno, on the 31st of August, 1847, at 2 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Jan Bekier, aged 30, a potter, and Szymon Kurczyński, aged 35, a tailor, both residing in Sompolno, and stated that on the 29th of August, 1847, at 10 p.m., Antonina Krzymianowska, aged 5, died. She was born and resided in Sompolno. The daughter of Walenty and Anastazja Krzymianowski nee Jasińska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Antonina Krzymianowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
