Marriage of Antoni Pietrasiak and Jozefa Wadczak (1863)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Antoni Pietrasiak and Józefa Wadczak, from the Piotrków parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Świątniki, No. 21, 1863

This happened in Piotrków, on the 28th of September, 1863, at 9 a.m. We declare in the presence of: Walenty Wdowiak, aged 34, and Andrzej Cywiński, aged 31, both are farm owners residing in the village of Świątniki, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Antoni Pietrasiak, aged 26, single, an attendant residing in the village of Wąsewo, the son of Jan and Marianna Pietrasiak nee Słowińska, born in the village of Piotrków Kujawski,

and Józefa Wadczak, aged 22, single, residing in the village of Świątniki, the daughter of Maciej and Julianna Wadczak nee Sobczak, farm owners residing in the village of Świątniki.

Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Piotrków Parish church, on the 6th, 13th, and 20th of September, 1863. No impediments arose and no prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
