Baptism of Wiktoria Pietrasiak (1818)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Wiktoria Pietrasiak, from the Połajewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Połajewo, No. 22, 1818

On the 8th of December, 1818, at 9 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Połajewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Połajewo, Brześć County, Mazowieckie Province, Jan Pietrasiak appeared, aged 29, a farmhand residing in the village of Połajewo, and presented Us a female child, which was born in house #13, on the 7th of December, 1818, to his lawful wife Marianna nee Słowińska, aged 23. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Wiktoria. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Józef Kaczmarek, aged 31, an innkeeper residing in the village of Połajewo, and Józef Trawczyński, aged 32, a farm owner residing in the village of Połajewo – Gmina Połajewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
