This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Lucya Andrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice No. 7 1892

This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo on the 23th of February/6th of March, 1892 at 10 a.m. Paweł Świętkowski, age 27, and Paweł Cwikinbski?, age 27, both peasant farmers residing in the settlement of Gosławice and stated that on the 21th of February/4th of March, 1892, in the settlement of Gosławice, at 8 p.m., Lucya Andrzejczak died, age 1, daughter of Walenty and Lucya* Andrzejczak nee Kacprzak, who are laborers residing in the settlement of Gosławice. She is survived by her siblings and parents. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Lucya Andrzejczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
