This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Jan Andrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.
Gosławice No. 5 1892
This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo on the 16th/28th of February, 1892 at 5 a.m. Paweł Świętkowski, age 27, and Józef Cwikinbski?, age 27, both peasant farmers residing in the settlement of Gosławice and stated that on February 14th/26th, 1892, in the settlement of Gosławice, at 11 p.m., Jan Andrzejczak died, age 3, son of Walenty and Zofia Andrzejczak nee Kacprzak, who are laborers residing in the settlement of Gosławice. He was born in the settlement of Koneck and is survived by his siblings and parents. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jan Andrzejczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
