Marriage of Pawel Grzelak and Marianna Cichocka (1845)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Paweł Grzelak and Marianna Cichocka, from the Radziejów parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Opatowice No. 26, 1845,

This happened in the town of Radziejów, on the 23rd of November, 1845, at 9 a.m. We declare in the presence of Józef Banaszkiewicz, aged 62, and Jakób Grzelak, aged 40, both are farm owners residing in the village of Opatowice, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Paweł Grzelak, aged 22, single, the son of Jakób and the deceased Marianna Grzelak nee Maciejak, born in the village Opatowice where he resides with his father,

and Marianna Cichocka, aged 19, single, the daughter of Michał and Brygida Cichocki nee Kaszubska, born and residing in the village of Opatowice.

Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Radziejów parish church, on the 26th of October, and the 2nd and 9th of November, 1845. No impediment occurred and no prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
