Baptism of Antonina Grzelak (1829)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Antonina Grzelak, from the Radziejów parish.

Opatowice No. 36, 1829

This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 8th of June, 1829, at 11 a.m. Jakób Grzelak appeared, aged 45, a farm owner residing in the village of Opatowice, in the presence of Antoni Brzeziński, aged 40, a farm owner, and Jan Sowiński, aged 60, a farm owner, both reside in the village of Opatowice, and showed us a female child born in the village of Opatowice, on the 5th of June, 1829, at 9 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Maciejak, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Antonina. The godparents were: Antoni Brzeziński and Magdalena Sowińska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
