This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Franciszek Grzybowski, from the Witaszyce Parish.

Witaszyce, 1822

On October 14th, 1822,  at 8 a.m., I, Rev. Michał Grabiński, Pastor of the Witaszyce Parish, baptized the infant named Franciszek. He was born on October 13th, 1822, at 7 a.m., to his parents Joachim and Marcianna Grzybowski nee Śliwińska, the legally married couple, who are Catholic. The Godparents were: Kazimeirz Jogła? and Józefa Rzeselska.
