This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Filip Bielawski, from the Orchowo Parish.

Mlecze, No. 27, 1864

On June 18th, 1864, Filip Bielawski, aged 90, an old man, died, in the village of Mlecze. His parents names are unknown. His son reported the death. He died of old age and was buried in the cemetery of the Orchowo Parish.
