Baptism of Agnieszka Jędrzejczak (1856)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Agnieszka Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice No. 1, 1856

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 27th of January, 1856, at 9 a.m. Paweł Jędrzejczak appeared, age 40, day-laborer and resident of Gosławice, in the presence of Antoni Pacholski, age 37, and Tomasz Błachowicz, age 35, both day-laborers and residents of the village of Gosławice, and showed us a female child born in the village of Gosławice on the 26th of January, 1856 at 5 p.m. to his wife Teresa nee Skonieczna, age 30. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Agnieszka, and the godparents were: Tomasz Błachowicz and Katarzyna Balcerak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
