This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Teresa Bielawska, from the Orchowo Parish.

Linowiec, No. 3, 1824

On February 21st, 1824, the child Teresa Bielawska, aged 9, died, in the village of Linowiec. She was the daughter of Filip Bielawski, a chef, and Agata Pakuła, the legally married couple, who reside in the village of Linowiec. She died of a head pain and was buried in the cemetery of the Orchowo Parish, on the 23rd of February, 1824.
