This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Michał Bielawski, from the Orchowo Parish.

Linowiec, No. 22, 1823

On August 26th, 1823, the infant Michał Bielawski, aged 11 months, died, in the village of Linowiec. He was the son of Filip Bielawski, a chef, and Agata Pakuła, the legally married couple, who reside in the village of Linowiec. He died of a fever and was buried in the cemetery of the Orchowo Parish, on the 28th of August, 1823.
