This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Szymon Jędrzejczak, from the Sędzin Parish.

Wola Bachorna, No. 5, 1835

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 19th of February, 1835, at 3 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Andrzej Rutkowski, aged 30, and Melchoir Krzyszak, aged 40, laborers residing in Wola Bachorna, and stated that on the 17th of February, 1835, at 9 p.m., Szymon Jędrzejczak, aged 50, died. He was a laborer. His place of birth and his parents are not known. He leaves behind his wife Marianna Jędrzejczak, who resides in Wola Bachorna. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Szymon Jędrzejczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
