Baptism of Jozef Jedrzejczak (1825)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Józef Jędrzejczak, from the Krzywosądz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Czołpin, No. 8, 1825

On the 26th of March, 1825, at 5 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Krzywosądz, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Krzywosądz, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Szymon Jędzrejczak appeared, aged 40, a tenant farmer residing in the village of Czołpin, and presented Us a male child, which was born in his house, on the 14th of March, 1825, at 3 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna Jędrzejczak nee Imańska, aged 40. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Józef. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Szczepan Radkowski, aged 36, a blacksmith, and Antoni Bielawa, aged 27, a tenant farmer, both reside in the village of Czołpin. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
