Baptism of Franciszek Jedrzejczak (1819)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Franciszek Jędrzejczak, from the Sędzin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sędzin, No. 22, 1819

On the 3rd of October, 1819, at 8 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Sędzin, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Sędzin, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Szymon Jędzrejczak appeared, aged 36, a shepherd residing in the village of Sędzin, and presented Us a male child, which was born in house #34, on the 1st of October, 1819, to his lawful wife Marianna Imanowska, aged 28. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Franciszek. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Ignacy Wypij, aged 28, and Franciszek Pokorski, aged 60, a farm owner from Sędzin. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
