Baptism of Helena Deregowska (1825)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Helena Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Świesz, No. 53, 1825

On the 17th of July, 1825, at 10 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Piotrków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Piotrków, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Szymon Deręgowski appeared, aged 50, a laborer residing in the village of Świesz, and presented Us a female child, which was born in house #1, on the 15th of July, 1825, at 2 p.m., to his lawful wife Helena nee Kolenda, aged 40. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Helena. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Michał Kociński, aged 24, a farmhand; and Wawrzyniec Stromowski, aged 40, a laborer; both are residents of Świesz. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
