This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Józef Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.
Gosławice No. 3 1846
This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 2nd of February, 1846, at 3 p.m. Paweł Jędrzejczak appeared, age 30, tenant farmer and resident of Gosławice, in the presence of Kazimierz Jędrzejewski, age 22, tenant farmer, and Mikołaj Pruszak, age 43, tenant farmer, both residents of the village of Gosławice, and showed us a male child born in the village of Gosławice on the 1st of February, 1846, at 12 a.m. to his wife Marianna Woźniak, age 24. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Józef, and the godparents were: Kazimierz Jędrzejewski and Marianna Jędrzejczak from Gosławice. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
