Baptism of Adam Tobiasz (1891)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Adam Tobiasz, from the Straszewo parish.

Zakrzewo No. 87 1891

This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 18th/30th of November, 1891 at 5 p.m. Michał Tobiasz appeared, age 28, an attendant, resident of Zakrzewo, in the presence of witnesses: Wojciech Bukowski, age 42, and Adam Cieślikiewicz?, age 28, both farmers from Zakrzewo, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the village of Zakrzewo on this date, at 6 a.m. to his lawful wife Rozalia nee Nowak, age 28. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, by Reverend Skórczyński, this child was given the name of Adam. The Godparents were Wojciech Nowak and Antonina Nowak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
