Baptism of Antonina Tobiasz (1894)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Antonina Tobiasz, from the Straszewo parish.

Zakrzewo No. 38 1894

This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 19th/31th of May, 1894 at 3 p.m. Michał Tobiasz appeared, age 30, an attendant, resident of Zakrzewo, in the presence of witnesses: Antoni Matuszak, age 27, and Franciszek Krzyczkianowski (smeared ink,?), age 40, both occupation? residing in Zakrzewo, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in the village of Zakrzewo, yesterday, at 4 p.m. to his lawful wife Rozalia nee Nowak, age 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Antonina. The Godparents were Wojciech Nowak and Marianna Świątkowska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
