This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Bronisław Tobiasz, from the Straszewo parish.
Zakrzewo No. 48 1904
This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 20th of September/3rd of October, 1904, at 4 p.m. Jakob Nowak, age 34, and Michał Solinski, age 34, both peasants from Zakrzewo, and stated that on the 18th of September/1st of October of this year, at 9 a.m., in Zakrzewo, Bronisław Tobiasz died, age 7, born in Plebanka, son of the married couple Michał and Rozalia Tobiasz nee Nowak, who are attendants residing in Zakrzewo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Bronisław Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
