This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Wojciech Pankowski, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 7, 1850

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 22nd of March, 1850, at 1 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Stanisław Kochanowski and Józef Matuszak, both aged over 55 and farm owners residing in Zakrzewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 14th of March, 1850, at 3 p.m., Wojciech Pankowski, aged 50, died. He leaves behind his widow Łucja Pankowska nee Kochanowska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wojciech Pankowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
