This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Łucja Nowak, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Przybysław, No. 34, 1805

On December 1st, 1805, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Łucja. She was born on the 27th of November, 1805. Her parents were Antoni and Agnieszka Nowak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were Krysztof Kmieciak and Regina Jóźwiak, both from the village of Przybysław.
