This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Weronika Nowak, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Przybysław, 1804

On March 29th, 1804, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Weronika. She was born on the 27th of March, 1804. Her parents were Antoni and Agnieszka Nowak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were Antoni ??mierczak and Franciszka Jóźwiak, both from the village of Przybysław.
