This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Agata Nowak, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Przybysław, 1802

On February 7, 1802, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Agata. She was born on the 30th of January, 1802. Her parents were Antoni and Agnieszka Nowak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were Józef Papior and Marianna Biegała, both from the village of Chlewiska.
