Marriage of Stanislaw Kacprzak and Marianna Michalak (1835)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Stanisław Kacprzak and Marianna Wojtaszak nee Michalak, from the Skulsk parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Popielewo, No 4, 1835
This happened in the village of Skulsk, on the 2nd of February, 1835, at 10 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Tomasz Kacprzak, aged 30, residing in the village of Popielewo, the brother of the groom; and Wojciech Wojtaszak, aged 40, a farm owner residing in the village of Popielewo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Stanisław Kacprzak, aged 23, single, a farmhand residing in the village of Biele, house #6, the son of Walenty and Franciszka Kacprzak nee Czajczyk, born in the village of Biechowo – Grand Duchy of Poznań,
and Marianna Wojtaszak nee Michalak, aged 33, a widow, her previous husband Franciszek Wojtaszak died on the 21st of April, 1833 – he was a farm owner in Popielewo, residing in the village of Popielewo, the daughter of the deceased couple Paweł and Marianna Michalak nee Kacprzak, born in the village of Dzierżysław.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Skulsk Parish Church, on the 4th, 11th, and the 18th of January, 1835. No impediments arose and no prenuptial agreement was made. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
