This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Katarzyna Kucek nee Gorzycka, from the Bytoń parish.

Osipowo, No. 30, 1890

This occurred in the village of Bytoń, on the 6th/18th of April, 1890, at 4 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Piotr Zieliński, aged 60, and Franciszek Bukowski, aged 48, both are farmers residing in the village of Osipowo, and stated that in the village of Osipowo, on the 4th/16th of April, 1890, at 10 a.m., Katarzyna Kucek, aged 58, died. She was the daughter of Antoni and Małgorzata Gorzycki. She was born in the village of Płowki – Broniewo Parish. She was a farm owners wife residing in the village of Osipowo. She leaves behind her husband Józef Kucek. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Katarzyna Kucek, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
