Marriage of Antoni Gorzycki and Tekla Malkowska (1846)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Antoni Gorzycki and Tekla Rzeplikowska nee Małkowska, from the Radziejów parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Opatowice No. 7, 1846,
This happened in the town of Radziejów, on the 14th of February, 1846, at 10 a.m. We declare in the presence of: Józef Banaczakiewicz, aged 62, and Jakób Grzelak, aged 60, both are farm owners residing in the village of Opatowice, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Antoni Gorzycki, aged 50, a widower, his previous wife Małgorzata Gorzycka nee Pilachowska, died on the 25th of September, 1842, a farm owner residing in the village of Opatowice, born in the village of Płowki, the son Benedykt and Marianna Gorzycki nee Bróżdzińska,
and Tekla Rzeplikowska nee Małkowska, aged 52, a widow, her previous husband Wawrzyniec Rzeplikowski, died on the 6th of November, 1845, a laborer residing in the village of Opatowice, she was born in the village of Biskupice, the daughter of Andrzej and Justyna Małkowski.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Radziejów parish church, on the 25th of January, the 1st and 8th of February, 1846. No impediment occurred and no prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
