On November 22nd, 1840, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Franciszek Andrzej. The parents were: Andrzej and Józefina Jach nee Szytemberg, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 16th of November, 1840. The Godparents were: Franciszek Szytemberg and Józefina Kostka.
