This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Jadwiga Wojciechowska, from the Sędzin parish.

Wola Bachorna, No. 3, 1869

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 3rd of April, 1869, at 5 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Stanisław Wojciechowski, aged 70, and Walenty Lewandowski, aged 50, both laborers residing in Wola Bachorna, and stated that on the 1st of April, 1869, at 3 p.m., Jadwiga Wojciechowska, aged 60, died. She was a laborer residing in Wola Bachorna. She was born in the village of Nagórki, the daughter of Stanisław and Barbara (Note: should be Teresa) Wolęcka. She leaves behind her husband Stanisław Wojciechowski, who resides in Wola Bachorna. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jadwiga Wojciechowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
