Marriage of Michal Wojciechowski and Franciszka Kozlowska (1867)
Hello,
This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Michał Wojciechowski and Franciszka Kozłowska, from the Bądkowo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Bądkowo, No 16, 1867
This happened in the village of Bądkowo on the 10th of November, 1867, at 1 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses Jakób Graczyk, aged 35, a shepherd residing in Bądkowo, and Jan Majczak, aged 28, a laborer residing in Bądkowo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Michał Wojciechowski, aged 24, single, a shepherd in the Bądkowo estate, born in the village of Szalonki, the son of Stanisław and Jadwiga Wojciechowski nee Wolęcka,
and Franciszka Kozłowska, aged 23, single, a worker residing in the Bądkowo estate, born in the village of Ogorzelewo, the daughter of Józef and Anastazja Kozłowski nee Kurczewska.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Bądkowo Parish Church, on the 20th and 27th of October, and the 3rd of November, 1867. No impediments arose and the newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
Rev. Feliks Besler, Pastor of the Bądkowo Parish and Civil Registrar.
Best Regards,
