Marriage of Wojciech Karpik and Franciszka Rutkowska (1839)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Wojciech Karpik and Franciszka Rutkowska, from the Bądkowo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Bądkowo, No 3, 1839
This happened in the village of Bądkowo on the 26th of January, 1839, at 10 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses Roch Kulpa, aged 36, a shepherd, and Jan Michalski, aged 24, a shepherd, both are residents in the village of Bądkowo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Wojciech Karpik, aged 23, single, a groom residing in the village of Bądkowo, born in the Służewo, the son of Maciej – a groom residing in Bądkowo, and the deceased Agnieszka Karpik nee Wiśniewska who died in Bądkowo,
and Franciszka Rutkowska, aged 21, single, a worker residing in Bądkowo, the daughter of the deceased couple Stanisław and Lucja Rutkowski nee Kapłonek – who were workers residing in Bądkowo, she was born in Koneck.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Bądkowo Parish Church, on the 6th, 13th, and 20th of January, 1839. The newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
