Baptism of Mateusz Karpik (1830)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Mateusz Karpik, from the Bądkowo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Bądkowo, No. 30, 1830
This occurred in the village of Bądkowo on the 6th of April, 1830, at 8 a.m. Maciej Karpik appeared, aged 40, a groom, the father of the child, residing in Bądkowo, in the presence of Jan Wysocki, aged 49, a farmer, and Marcin Zdziechowski, aged 36, a groom, both residents in the village of Bądkowo, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the village of Bądkowo, on the 5th of April, 1830, at 4 a.m., to his lawful wife Agnieszka nee Wiśniewska (written as Lewandowska), aged 38. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Mateusz. The Godparents were: Jan Wysocki and Marianna Zdiechowska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
