Death of Michal Karpik (1829)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Michał Karpik, from the Bądkowo Parish.

Bądkowo, No. 2, 1829

This occurred in the village of Bądkowo, on the 16th of January, 1829, at 11 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Maciej Karpik, aged 32, a groom, and Wojciech Dolata, aged 32, a groom, both residents of the village of Bądkowo, and stated that on the 14th of January, 1829, at 4 a.m., Michał Karpik, aged 5 months, died. He resided with his parents, Maciej and Agnieszka Karpik, both Catholic, in Bądkowo, house #4. He was born in the village of Siniarzewo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Michał Karpik, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
