Baptism of Antonina Karpik (1824)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Antonina Karpik, from the Łowiczek parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Łowiczek, 1824

On the 29th of May, 1824, at 9 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of the Łowiczek Parish –  performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Łowiczek, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Maciej Karpik appeared, aged 32, a manor groom residing in Łowiczek, and presented Us a female child, which was born in house #3, on the 26th of May, 1824, at 1 p.m., to his lawful wife Agnieszka nee Wiśniewska, aged 31. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Antonina. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Karol Makowski, aged 52, a steward, and Walenty Czerwieńśki, resident of Łowiczek. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
