Baptism of Wojciech Karpik (1815)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Wojciech Karpik, from the Służewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Służewo Wieś, No. 4, 1815

On the 2nd of April, 1815, at 10 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of the Służewo Parish, Maciej Karpik appeared, aged 26, a farmhand residing in Służewo, and presented Us a male child, which was born in house #4, on the 30th of March, 1815, at 4 a.m., to his lawful wife Agata nee Wiśniewska, aged 28. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Wojciech. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Kazimierz Pączkowski, aged 40, a tailor, and Grzegorz Kontowicz, aged 37, a farmhand, both are residents of Służewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
