On the 21st of August, 1825, at 11 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Byczyna, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Byczyna, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Jan Nowak appeared, aged 26, a farmhand residing in the village of Bodzanowo, and presented Us a male child, which was born in house #7, on the 18th of August, 1825, at 8 a.m., to his lawful wife Justyna nee Robaszewska, aged 27. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Bartłomiej. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Feliks Nowak, aged 45, a farmer residing in the village of Przybysław – Grand Duchy of Poznań, the paternal uncle of the child; and Jan Gryszka, aged 35, a farmer residing in the village of Bodzanowo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
