This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Wiktoria Opasik nee Pietrasiak, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Palczewo, No. 37, 1883
This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 15th/27th of March, 1883, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Andzrej Jankowski, aged 32, and Wawrzyniec Kubiak, aged 32, both are farmers residing in the village of Palczewo, and stated that on the 13th/25th of March, 1883, at 8 p.m., Wiktoria Opasik, aged 70, a laborer, died. She was the daughter of Jan and Marianna Pietrasiak, born in the village of Połajewo. She leaves behind her husband Szczepan Opasik. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wiktoria Opasik, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
