Pawel Machajewski Born and Baptized in Lubichowo? Part 2

In a previous post titled Pawel Machajewski Born and Baptized in Lubichowo?, I had presented the search criteria that I was using to locate the birth and baptismal record of my 3x great grandfather Paweł Machajewski.

The search criteria was as follows:

-born: January 6, 1845 (according to registration of death) or about 1842 (according to passenger list records)
-lived in the village of Sumin and baptized children in the Starogard Gdański Parish
-parents were Frank and Anna

The index on the PTG* website listed a child named Paul that was born in 1842 and the parents were listed as Frank Machaiewski and Anna Rumanowska, from the Lubichowo Parish. The Lubichowo Parish is located 4-5 miles away from the village of Sumin, where Paweł and Katarzyna lived before arriving in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The Baptism of Paweł Machajewski (1842) listed his actual birth date as January 6, 1842. January 6th was the same date that was listed on death record of Paweł Machajewski. Also, Paweł Machajewski’s passenger lists state his birth year as 1842. Two records that I am still searching for are the death record of Anna Rumanowska and the marriage record of Paweł Machajewski and Katarzyna Olszewska. Hopefully one of these records would give even more proof to my theory.

I really think I’ve found the correct record of my 3x great grandfathers birth. What do you think?
